Overview

Adele Kirschner is an associate in White & Case's International Arbitration Practice Group. She advises clients in the automotive and chemical industry in national and cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Adele acquired practical know-how in the field of dispute resolution through different trainee lawyer and intern positions at international law firms and a non-governmental organization (NGO) representing clients before different international courts and arbitral tribunals.

Adele also worked for three years as a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. Subsequently, she managed programs for the Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law, an internationally operating NGO providing assistance to states that have experienced radical change in relation to their political and legal order, helping to resolve constitutional and related conflicts.
