Akira Nakazato is an associate in our Corporate/M&A practice group, based in Tokyo.

Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at a "Big Four" Japanese law firm in Tokyo where he advised on a wide range of M&A and Capital Markets transactions. While at his prior firm, he was seconded to the Capital Markets department of one of the leading securities companies in Japan.
