Alessandra is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration practice groups. She represents clients in complex, high-stakes, cross-border litigations and disputes. Her practice focuses on representing and advising multinational corporations in international commercial litigations and regulatory investigations, with an emphasis on technology and social media services. Central to her practice are international matters and claims concerning privacy, data protection, consumer protection, platform enforcement, contractual obligations, freedom of expression, fundamental rights, defamation, hate speech, and intermediary liability. She also has experience representing clients in international investment and commercial arbitrations.
Alessandra is trained in both common and civil law. She is multilingual in English, Spanish, Italian, and French. She is also actively involved in pro bono matters at the Firm.
While in law school, Alessandra was a Primary Editor and Executive Board Member of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. She also served as Vice President of her law school's Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA).
