Biography
Dr. Alex Li is a technical advisor in the Intellectual Property Practice, leveraging his deep scientific background to develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies in complex litigation.
He has more than 13 years of intellectual property litigation experience relating to artificial intelligence, wireless communications, blockchain, cloud computing, semiconductors, cybersecurity, power electronics, and microprocessor design, and system software.
Alex's involvement typically starts on Day 1 with pre-suit diligence or evaluating a filed complaint, and carries through depositions, expert reports, trial, and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings.
He previously was an Assistant Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at George Washington University and conducted technical research at Intel Corporation.
