Biography

Overview

Alex is an associate based in the Firm's Boston office. He has represented multinational corporations in connection with prosecutions and investigations by the United States Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other US government agencies. He has also represented clients in securities, derivative, and products liability class actions.

Alex has also been active in the Firm's pro bono practice, including representing a wrongfully convicted individual sentenced to death and workers exploited and abused by their employer.

Before arriving at White & Case LLP, Alex worked for another international law firm in New York. Alex clerked for the Honorable Judge Michael P. Shea of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Honorable Justice Barbara Lenk of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Alex graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. At Harvard Law School, he served as the Executive Technical Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights–Civil Liberties Law Review.
