Overview

Alexandra is an associate in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in the Houston office. Alexandra primarily advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, Alexandra was an associate in a Houston-based law firm.

Alexandra graduated cum laude from law school, where she was on the Dean's Honor List, served as the Assistant Articles Editor and the assistant Notes and Comments Editor of the South Texas Law Review, was a member of the Garland R. Walker American Inn of Court and a member of Phi Delta Phi.

Representative matters before joining White & Case include:

Representation of Milestone Environmental Services, LLC, an oilfield environmental services provider, in an exchange of real property and produced water disposal assets with High Roller Group.

Representation of Circulus Holdings on a US$300 million senior secured loan facility made available by funds managed by certain affiliates of Apollo.

Representation of a global investment firm in its US$530 million acquisition of certain mineral and royalty assets located in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

Representation of Ara Partners in its acquisition, restructuring and initial investment of US$75 million in Vonore Fiber Products LLC and Genera Energy Inc., companies in the domestic agricultural pulp and molded fiber industries.

Represented a strategic buyer in its US$200 million acquisition of equity interests of an oilfield services and solutions company.*

Represented an investment vehicle sponsor in (1) its US$100 million acquisition of the equity interests of one of the largest telecommunications premium retailer networks in the US, (2) its efforts to acquire senior debt financing to fund approximately US$56 million of the purchase price, and (3) a related private offering to raise approximately US$37 million of the purchase price.*

Represented the sellers in the sale of a medical marijuana growing and processing operation to a strategic international buyer with rollover equity and other purchase price consideration in excess of US$27 million.*

Represented a buyer in the US$15 million asset acquisition of a foreign entity engaged in the international distribution of plastics and chemicals.*

Represented an insurance administration and enrollment services company in its US$26 million sale to a strategic buyer.*

Represented one of the largest telecommunications premium retailer networks in the US in multiple strategic acquisitions of operators across the country for approximately US$35 million.*

Represented energy storage provider in its development, construction, and operation of a cold storage facility.*

Represented a client in its US$300 million joint venture with a real estate investment company.*
