Overview

Alexandre Martin is counsel in the Competition, EU law and Economic Regulation practice of White & Case in Paris.

Alexandre represents and assists clients in relation to anti-competitive practices, merger control, State aid and commercial and administrative litigation.

Before joining White & Case in 2017, Alexandre was an associate in the Paris office of two major international law firms.

Representation of an electronic communications operator in merger proceedings in two African countries;*

Representation of an investment fund in relation to State aid law during the acquisition process of a bridge bank which was subject to remedies imposed by the European Commission following its restructuration during the financial crisis; *

Representation of an undertaking in the consumer electronics sector during a dawn raid organized by the French Competition Authority and in proceedings in relation to a request for interim measures; *

Representation of a right holder during proceedings for the revision of injunctions imposed by the French Competition Authority in the broadcasting sector.*
