Alexis Kessler is an associate in the Global M&A Practice Group and a member of the Real Estate Industry Group, based in the Chicago office. Alexis has experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements and related security and ancillary documents in connection with the financing of various commercial real estate transactions. She has represented buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, and real estate joint ventures.
