Overview

Alfredo is an associate in the Washington, DC office and a member of the Firm's Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Practice.

His practice focuses on international project finance and other cross-border financing transactions. He has experience representing commercial banks, multilateral organizations, export credit agencies, development finance institutions and companies in energy and infrastructure projects, syndicated loans, export prepayment facilities and commercial credit agreements.

He has been involved in matters across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the United States.
