Alice Leonard is an associate in the EMEA private equity team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

Alice's practice focuses on corporate reorganizations and insolvency proceedings.

Alice joined the Firm in December 2018 from an international law firm in Paris where she was an associate in the M&A-Private Equity group.

Advising the ORPEA Group on its accelerated safeguard plan, which was approved by the Nanterre Specialized Commercial Court on July 24, 2023.

Bain Capital (2022)
Advising Bain Capital on the acquisition of the Mercuriales Towers (les Tours Mercuriales) in the context of a sale plan in judicial reorganization proceedings.

ORPEA Group (2022)
Representation of ORPEA Group on the agreement in principle on a financial restructuring plan in the context of the conciliation proceedings.

Pierre & Vacances (2021)
Representation of a candidate investor in the equity strengthening process of Pierre et Vacances S.A, the listed holding company of Pierre & Vacancesâ€"Center Parcs group Pierre & Vacances, France's leading holiday apartments rental group.

Dream Yacht (2021)
Advising Dream Yacht Group, the world's second largest yacht charter company, and its founder Loïc Bonnet, on the acquisition by Czech fund PPF and Groupe Bénéteau of a majority stake in Dream Yacht Group.

Hertz (2020/2021)
Advising Hertz France and its affiliates in connection with the global restructuring of Hertz group. Hertz and its affiliated brands operate one of the world's largest rental car companies with a total of more than 10,000 locations across North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, Australia, the Caribbean, the Middle East and New Zealand.

Europcar Mobility Group (2020)
Advising the majority of Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) debtholders, including financial institutions and investment funds, on Europcar Mobility Group's financial restructuring and subsequent accelerated financial safeguard.

Agatha Group (2020)
Advising THOM Group, a leader in affordable jewellery throughout Europe, on the acquisition out of bankruptcy of the French jewellery brand Agatha Group, made together with Renaissance Luxury Group through its subsidiary Altesse.

Arc Holdings (2020)
Representation of a consortium of major sovereign funds (Bpi, RDIF, RCIF, PIF, Mubadala and Mumtalakat) in connection with the acquisition of OSZ, a subsidiary of Arc Group, market leader in the glass industry in Russia.

Antalis (2020)
Advising senior secured lenders and major stakeholders of the listed company Antalis throughout on the disposal by Sequana and Bpifrance Participations of their majority stakes in the Antalis Group to the Tokyo based Kokusai Pulp & Paper.

Orchestra-Premaman (2020)
Advising a pool of banks in connection with the reorganization proceedings of Orchestra-Premaman.

Arc Holdings (2019)
Advising a consortium of French and International Sovereign Funds on Arc Holdings' new investment plan worth €120 million. This plan is the result of a round table agreement between shareholder Glass Holding, the French State, the Hauts de France region, the Communauté d'agglomération du pays de Saint-Omer (CAPSO) and sovereign funds - including Bpifrance.

Toys "R" Us (2019)
Co-advising TRU Taj LLC and the other shareholders of Toys "R" US in connection with the restructuring and the sale plan of the French subsidiaries.

BCBG Max Azria (2018)
Advising BCBG Max Azria Group LLC and BCBG Max Azria Europe Holding in connection with the reorganization of their business in France, through notably sale of trademarks and domain names including Dorotennis brand.
