Biography
Alicja Puławska is an associate in the Real Estate Practice in the Warsaw office. Her expertise encompasses complex real estate transactions across retail, office, logistics, and residential sectors, including PRS, co-living, and student housing.
Alicja's professional experience includes leading or providing legal support for numerous high-value real estate transactions, coordinating due diligence processes, and cooperation with cross-functional teams. Alicja excels at navigating legal frameworks, drafting and negotiating contracts (such as purchase agreements, rental guarantees, escrow account agreements, master leases, lease agreements), drafting legal memoranda, and offering strategic legal advice. On her career path, she has assisted senior lawyers in large-scale real estate transactions, restructuring projects, and conducted multi-threaded legal research.
In addition to her transactional work, Alicja is actively involved in pro bono projects. She participated in the Ukraine Pro Bono Collaborative (UPBC), providing legal information and assistance to refugees arriving from Ukraine. Alicja previously worked at renowned law firms in Warsaw.
