Biography

Overview

Allison is an associate in the Firm's International Trade Group. Her practice centers on trade remedy proceedings as well as customs enforcement and compliance. She advises clients in all stages of international trade disputes, representing foreign sovereigns and private companies before the US Department of Commerce, US International Trade Commission, US Customs and Border Protection, NAFTA and USMCA bi-national panels, US Court of International Trade, and US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as proceedings in other jurisdictions. Allison’s trade experience cuts across several industry sectors such as steel, aluminum, agriculture, industrial chemicals, semiconductors, and consumer products. She also focuses on the intersection of international trade, business and human rights, and ESG issues, and is actively involved in pro bono initiatives at the Firm.

Prior to joining White & Case, Allison served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Allison completed a dual JD program in Canada and the United States, graduating first in her class from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, she served as an Associate Executive Editor for the American University International Law Review and an Assistant Editor for the Ottawa Law Review.
