Overview

Alondra Urbina is an associate in White & Case's Debt Finance practice in Los Angeles. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, recapitalization transactions, and other debt financing transactions both domestic and global in nature.

Prior to joining White & Case, Alondra tailored her legal education to international private and public law, leading her to earn the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law Achievement in International and Comparative Law award at Columbia Law School.
