Amanda Murphy is an associate in the Competition Group of the New York office of White & Case. Her practice focuses on antitrust and other commercial disputes on behalf of pharmaceutical companies and other clients in both federal and state courts.
During law school, Ms. Murphy served on the editorial board of Volume 80 of The Fordham Law Review.

Representation of a major pharmaceutical company defending against a direct purchaser class action in the Central District of California which sought to challenge an exclusive licensing agreement for the development of an innovative new product. The case resulted in a settlement favourable to our client.
Member of trial and appellate team representing a global pharmaceutical company in a preliminary injunction proceeding in the Southern District of New York involving an antitrust challenge to the launch of a new product.
Representation of major pharmaceutical companies responding to investigative demands and subpoenas issued by state attorneys general regarding new product launches and product lifecycle management decisions.
Member of appellate team representing a global pharmaceutical company in a challenge brought by a competitor alleging anticompetitive product innovations and lifecycle management decisions, and resulting in the affirming of our summary judgment victory on behalf of the client.
