Advised the Melbourne Metro Rail Authority in relation to the AUD11 billion Metro Tunnel Project.
Advised a bidder in relation to the privatisation of the AUD9.7 billion Port of Melbourne.
Advised a bidder in relation to their bid for the AUD10.258 billion Transgrid electricity distribution network in New South Wales.
Advised a consortium in respect of their unsolicited proposal relating to the Cranbourne Pakenham Rail Corridor Project. This project relates to the delivery of 25 high capacity trains, high capacity signalling, grade separations at level crossings, power upgrades and a new train maintenance depot on the Dandenong corridor in Victoria, Australia.
Advised the operator of Southern Cross Station in relation to various refinancings including most recently a US$202 million USPP refinancing.
Advised a bidder in relation to their bid for the AUD6 billion 543 kilometre BG owned private network linking natural gas fields and the QCLNG facility.
Advised the vendor in the sale of their partnership interest in the SEAGas pipeline.
Advised the successful bidder in relation to its bid for the AUD250 million, 350 bed Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison PPP in Kalgoorlie Western Australia.
Advised the successful bidder in relation to its bid for the Northern Territory Secure Facilities PPP.
