Her experience includes acting for sponsors and lenders in major projects in the power, renewables and infrastructure sectors. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2018 and has since spent 6 months in our Singapore office.

West Burton B CCGT Gas Power Station
Representation of the funds managed by EIG on the agreement to acquire the 1332 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power station and 49 MW battery at West Burton B in Nottinghamshire, England from EDF Energy, and on related commercial and financing documentation.

Big Almaty Ring Motor Road (BAKAD)
Representation of the consortium consisting of Alsim Alarko, Mak-yol İnsaat, Sat & Company JSC, SK Engineering and Korea Expressway Corporation, in connection with the the development and financing of the US$750 million Big Almaty Ring Motor Road (BAKAD), the ring road around Almaty, the first infrastructure public-private partnership of its type in Kazakhstan.

Mozambique LNG
Representation of the financiers on a landmark US$20 billion project financing of Mozambique's first onshore LNG development, Mozambique LNG, one of the largest ever foreign direct investments into Africa. Project costs will be funded by a combination of equity, pre-completion cashflows and up to US$16 billion of senior debt facilities. The senior debt comprises a mix of ECA facilities and commercial bank facilities, and a loan facility with the African Development Bank.

Representation of Saudi Aramco on the US$12.5 billion project financing of the world-scale integrated Sadara chemical complex in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
