Ana is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case.
She serves as a member of a team that advises multinational social media and telecommunications companies in international litigation and regulatory investigations concerning data protection, privacy laws, intermediary liability, hate speech, defamation and other commercial disputes.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ana externed for the Honorable Michael R. Wilner in the US District Court for the Central District of California and for the United States Attorney's Office in the Central District of California.
During law school, Ana was a graduate and undergraduate teaching assistant for Professor Ronald R. Garet. She served as a student-attorney in the International Human Rights Clinic at USC Gould School of Law, providing pro bono representation in cases before the office of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Additionally, Ana competed on USC's Hale Moot Court and was presented with the Best Brief Award.
