Her practice also covers technology transactions, where she has advised tech firms with licensing, regulatory compliance, and data privacy, while also guiding startups through early-stage financings.
Before joining White & Case, Ana Sofía worked at top-tier international firms in Mexico and was a founding team member of a fintech and an AI startup based in the Bay Area.
