Ana Victoria Ramírez Herrera is an Associate in the Firm's Global M&A / Corporate Group in Madrid.

Providence Equity Partners, a specialist private equity investment firm focused on growth-oriented media, communications, education and technology companies throughout North America and Europe, on its sale of a 50% stake in Globeducate, a primary and secondary education provider with a network of 65 international schools across 11 countries, to Wendel for an enterprise value of c. €2 billion.

Acciona Energías Renovables, S.A., a Spanish renewable energy company, in the sale of c. 626 MW of 34 hydroelectric assets to Endesa Generación, S.A., a Spanish energy company, for €1 billion.

Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales, S.A. (Valoriza) from Spanish construction group Sacyr S.A. (Sacyr) for a total consideration (enterprise value, including debt) of €734 million.

Velto Renewables, a renewable power producer backed by global investment group CDPQ, on its potential acquisition of a portfolio of photovoltaic and wind projects with a combined capacity of c. 130MW in France and c. 400 MW in Spain and Portugal from Q Energy Solutions SE, a major player in renewable energy in Europe.

Acciona Energías Renovables, S.A., a Spanish renewable energy company, in the sale of 100% of the shares of Acciona Saltos de Agua, S.L., owner of 23 hydroelectric assets with an aggregate capacity of c. 175 MW to Elawan Energy, S.L., a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation for €287 million.

Charterhouse Capital Partners on its acquisition of c.80% of the shares of Metrodora, S.L. to Magnum Capital for an amount of c. 270 million.

Deutsche Bank, Société Générale, SMBC and other institutional lenders in the syndicated €600 million financing and €150 million incremental facility for Data 4 Services international group.

Adler Pelzer Holding GmbH on its issuance of up to €400 million senior secured notes and term loan financing.

Oaktree Capital Management in its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Xenia Real Estate Finance, S.L.

Waterland Private Equity-backed Companionco BE B.V. in the acquisition of a significant stake in the capital of Auren Holding SP, S.L.P., a multidisciplinary professional services firm in Spain, specializing in audit, legal advisory, consulting and corporate finance services.

Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of a majority stake of Investigación y Control de Calidad, S.A. ("Incosa"), by EC Partners Spanish Bidco, S.L.U. (a company indirectly owned by WPEF IX Holding Cooperatief WA - a holding company of Waterland PE) from 3-Gutinver, S.L. for an amount of €18.9 million and the indirect reinvestment in Incosa of 3-Gutinver, S.L. and some of the key managers of Incosa alongside with Waterland PE.

Waterland Private Equity and Electronic Manufacturing Group, S.L. on the acquisition of Surtel Electrónica, S.L. and Sotesur Soluciones Técnicas del Sur, S.L., (dedicated to the development, manufacture and marketing of electronic control devices and systems). Electronic Manufacturing Group is participated by Waterland Private Equity and the acquisition is an add-on to the acquisition of Montronic Vic, S.L. (also 100% owned by Electronic Manufacturing Group, S.L. and in which White & Case was also de deal counsel). The financing was provided by the international debt fund Ares Management.

Waterland Private Equity-backed Median Group on its acquisition of Spanish company Hestia Alliance, S.L. and its group of clinic operators.

Presto, European leader in active fire safety, safety training and first aid, on its acquisition of Eurofesa SA, a leading fire safety company in Spain.
