Overview

Anaïs Caspar is an associate in the Employment & Benefits team of White & Case in Paris.

She mainly advises French and foreign companies on employment relations, in particular on issues related to the conclusion, performance, and termination of employment agreements, collective bargaining, and the working time arrangements.

Anaïs also advises companies on corporate reorganizations, whether or not involving social plans, and on employee representation, in particular with respect to information and consultation obligations.

On the litigation side, she represents employers before civil and administrative courts, both on individual and collective matters.
