Andreas Hallbeck is an associate in our Mergers and Acquisitions group in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2016.

Prior to joining White & Case, Andreas worked with Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions at another international law firm. Andreas studied at Stockholm University in Sweden and at The University of Auckland in New Zealand.

Represented FSN Capital on its acquisition of Holmbergs Safety System, a global market leader in child restraint harnesses for car seats and vehicle fastening systems in.

Represented Toyota Industries Corporation on an agreement to acquire Vanderlande Industries Holding B.V., the global market leader for value-added logistic process automation.

Represented FSN Capital IV in connection with its acquisition of Active Brands AS, a leading Nordic supplier of premium sporting goods brands, from Holta Invest.

Represented FSN Capital and its portfolio company Bygghemma in connection with its acquisition of the online Nordic retailer Furniturebox.

Represented FSN Capital in connection with their investment in Bygghemma, the leading Nordic online retailer of do-it-yourself products (DIY) and home furnishings.

Represented the international media group MTG (Modern Times Group), headquartered in Sweden, in connection with the acquisition of 74 % of the shares in Turtle Entertainment. Operating under the well-known ESL brand, Turtle Entertainment is the world's largest esports company.

Represented the existing shareholders Kinnevik, Accel Partners, Baring Vostok Capital Partners, Northzone and the founders, in connection with the sale of shares in Avito, the leading online classifieds platform in Russia, to Naspers, together with Vostok Nafta, Filip Engelbert and Jonas Nordlander, co-founded Avito in 2007. The implied valuation of Avito in the transaction is US$2.7 billion.‎
