Andrew is a corporate associate in the Firm's Houston office. His practice primarily involves representation of public and private clients in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt finance, and capital markets transactions.

Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center where he served as research assistant for professors Bret Wells and Denney Wright, with research concerning international taxation and domestic energy tax credits. Andrew was also inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as a Senior Articles Editor on the Houston Law Review.
