Andrew is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case, and a member of the Firm's global technology industry group. His litigation practice focuses on representing technology and social media companies in international commercial litigation disputes, including on matters concerning privacy and data protection (GDPR), intermediary liability, hate speech, defamation, and intellectual property.
Prior to joining White & Case, Andrew clerked for the Honorable A. Joe Fish of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and for the Honorable Ernest M. Robles of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
