Mr. Mackintosh is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group in the Los Angeles office  with over a decade of experience representing debtors, creditors, purchasers, lenders, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy proceedings.

Debtor clients that have benefited from his expertise include WCI Communities, a national homebuilder; Otero County Hospital Association, a regional hospital in New Mexico; Coda Automotive, a California electric vehicle start-up; Classic Party Rentals, a national party production company; and Essar Steel Minnesota, a pre-production mining concern.
