Andrew Scott is an associate in the Capital Markets practice in London. Andrew helps clients access equity capital markets through a wide range of transactions including initial public offerings and secondary fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange. Andrew also regularly advises on listing rules, market abuse regulation and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Andrew worked at Magic Circle and international firms in London and Hong Kong.
