Anna Hart is an associate in the Dispute Resolution group of the Firm's London office, and focuses her practice on commercial litigation, international arbitration, investment treaty disputes and regulatory matters.
Anna's experience covers a range of industry sectors, including financial institutions, oil and gas, satellite and telecommunications, renewable energy and social media. Anna has represented both investors and states in bilateral and multilateral investment treaty cases, and has also advised clients on high-profile regulatory matters.
Anna joined White & Case in August 2014 from another leading global law firm, at which she spent six months in Hong Kong.
Anna is committed to pro bono work and has experience of working with charities aimed at protecting both male and female victims of domestic abuse.
Anna regularly participates in mentoring secondary school pupils in Tower Hamlets and volunteers and fundraises for a homeless shelter in the East End. Anna also volunteers at free legal advice clinics, including the Citizens' Advice Bureau and the Whitechapel Mission.

Acting for the defendant in High Court proceedings in London regarding a dispute concerning an oil and gas company in Kazakhstan. The proceedings involved parallel money laundering claims in Switzerland.
