Anna Nijaradzé is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance group in Paris.

Anna represents financial institutions, corporations and private equity funds on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She has a particular focus on acquisition finance transactions, including syndicated, leveraged and mezzanine financings.

Before joining White & Case in 2025 Anna worked with several other major international law firms in Paris.
