Global law firm White & Case has advised Mazarine on the acquisition by Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers, CEO and founder of Mazarine, of the stakes in Mazarine held by LBO France, Mirabaud Private Equity and FG Bros, increasing his shareholding to 86% of the group’s share capital.

In 2022, Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers regained a majority shareholding in the group, holding 54% of its share capital.. In September 2026, he exercised his buyback option in order to strengthen the group’s independence and retain control over Mazarine’s strategy and governance.
