Biography
Anna is an Associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London and a member of the Structured Credit team.
Anna has experience advising clients on a broad range of structured credit transactions including securitisations, receivables financing, asset-based lending and regulatory capital deals, as well as on the related regulatory frameworks including the Securitisation Regulation, the CRR and related significant risk transfer ("SRT") and simple, transparent and standardized ("STS") regimes.
Anna represents financial institutions, investment funds and corporates covering asset classes such as corporate and consumer loans, non-performing loans, auto leases and equipment lease receivables.

Recent experience includes advising:
Avida Finans AB on its first synthetic securitisation transaction in accordance with the EU regulations on simple, transparent and standardised securitisations (STS). The reference portfolio consists of consumer loans with a total value of up to SEK 2.8 billion originated by Avida and granted to borrowers in the Nordics. The transaction involves the placement of the mezzanine tranche in the form of credit linked notes with private investors.
Bayerische Landesbank on its first synthetic securitisation transaction in accordance with the EU regulations on simple, transparent, and standardized securitisations (STS). The reference portfolio consists of corporate credit facilities originated by Bayerische Landesbank with a total value of €1 billion. The transaction involved the placement of the mezzanine tranche in the form of credit linked notes with private investors. This is the first German synthetic STS transaction in the form of credit linked notes issued directly by a bank.
Hamburg Commercial Bank (HCOB), as senior lender, on a securitization transaction of a portfolio of non-performing loans of Lowell Danmark A/S (Lowell), one of the largest providers of credit management services in Europe, with a gross book value of approximately €341 million.
