Anne-Karine Dabo is an associate in the Banking Practice Group of White & Case's New York office. Anne-Karine has a domestic and international finance practice representing commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with complex finance transactions, including secured and unsecured syndicated financings, leveraged acquisition financings and general bank lending in a wide variety of industries.
Anne-Karine is active in pro bono matters serving the arts community, marginalized asylum seekers and the promotion of economic literacy. She is fluent in French and highly proficient in Spanish.
Prior to attending law school, Anne-Karine had a successful career in marketing communications and worked at Young & Rubicam and in the Internet, Broadcast and Image Section of UNICEF's Communications Department.
