Overview

Anne Schwall advises in insolvency-related, reorganization and restructuring issues.

She regularly advises corporate management in crisis situations and assists in the defense against liability claims, advising investors and corporate executives in the context of transactions, in particular in distressed M&A. She gives advice and represents – including insolvency administrators – in contestation matters, handling consumer and corporate insolvencies.
