Anthony Gutierrez is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case and a member of the Firm's Global Technology Industry Group. His litigation practice focuses on representing technology and social media companies in complex civil litigation and regulatory disputes. In particular, he serves as a member of a team that manages international civil litigation and regulatory investigations for Meta Platforms on a global basis, including matters concerning privacy and data protection (GDPR), hate speech, cybersecurity and intermediary liability, and consumer class action claims.
