Biography
Antoine Mercier is a partner of the Global Real Estate Industry Group in White & Case in Paris.
With leading expertise in real estate, Antoine has broad experience advising clients throughout the entire cycle of their real estate investments, including legal structuring, notably OPCI, and partnerships, construction and development, asset management, and the disposal of all types of assets. He is highly experienced in transactions involving operational assets such as hotels, tourism and leisure, logistics, retail, senior living, student accommodation, self-storage, and, in recent years, data centers.
For more than 25 years, Antoine has led numerous major pan-European transactions, with a particular focus on the acquisition and disposal of large portfolios of operational assets.
Antoine joined the Firm in January 2026 from an international law firm in Paris, where he was a partner.
