Anton Löfdahl is an associate in the Debt Finance practice at the Firm's Stockholm office. He joined White & Case in 2026 from another law firm, which he joined in 2022.

Anton advises Nordic and international private equity funds, corporates as well as banks and financial institutions on a broad spectrum of financing transactions. His experience encompasses domestic and cross-border leveraged bond issuances, acquisition and real estate financings, bond issuances and corporate recapitalization.
