White & Case advises Altor on acquisition of Sertion from Consolid and minority shareholders

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised private equity firm Altor on the acquisition and financing of Sertion AB (Sertion) from Consolid Equity and a group of minority shareholders, including entrepreneurs and members of management who will reinvest alongside Altor and remain key owners, supporting Sertion's next phase of growth in existing markets and new geographies.

Since inception, the family of Altor funds has raised more than €12 billion in total commitments and invested in more than 100 companies. The investments have been made in medium-sized companies predominantly in the Nordic and DACH regions with the aim of creating value through growth initiatives and operational improvements.

Sertion is a leading group of niche B2B providers of complex pipework services in the Nordics. The group designs, installs and services water, heating and sanitation systems, industrial piping and energy gas solutions. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sertion has around 1,000 employees and a turnover of more than SEK 3 billion.
