Biography
Antonio Marin is an associate in our Global Corporate and Private Equity practice in Luxembourg.
He advises on all aspects of general corporate law, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and management incentive programs.
Prior to joining White & Case, Antonio practiced for two years in the corporate M&A department of an international law firm in Luxembourg.
Experience
Advising Crestyl Group and its subsidiary Spravia on their €165 million strategic financing provided by funds managed by Apollo Global Management, with Griffin Capital Partners participating as a minority co-investor, supporting Crestyl's expansion in Poland and strengthening Spravia's position as one of Poland's leading residential developers in the Polish real estate market.
Advising Rimac Group and Bugatti Rimac on the sale by Porsche of its equity stakes in both companies to an international consortium led by HOF Capital, which includes BlueFive Capital as its largest investor alongside a group of institutional investors across the US and EU, marking a landmark strategic transaction for the group.
Advising Norvestor on its agreement to acquire a majority stake in Debtist GmbH, an AI-driven, technology-enabled receivables management and digital debt collection company, reinforcing Norvestor's investment strategy in the technology and financial services sector.
Advising Start Campus, a data centre developer and operator, on the sale of its second data centre site (SIN02) at the Sines campus to Nscale, one of the most significant private digital infrastructure investments in Portugal.
