Aric is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

He advises clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and venture and equity financings across industries, with a focus on investment advisers, private funds and fund sponsors. He is also an active member of the Firm's pro bono practice, advising non-profit organizations and NGOs on a variety of matters.

Aric joined White & Case from a large international law firm, where he maintained a general practice advising corporate clients of all sizes with all aspects of their businesses.
