Overview

Arthur is an associate in our Capital Markets group in London. His practice focuses on advising corporate trustees, security agents and facility agents in connection with a wide range of capital markets and debt finance transactions, including high-yield bond offerings, consent solicitations, tender offers and restructurings.

Arthur has also worked with our Capital Markets team in Paris, advising underwriters on a range of medium-term note program drawdowns and updates.
