Arthur is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution Group in London and his practice focuses on international arbitration.

Acting for Spanish investors in the news industry at the annulment stage of an ICSID arbitration against a South American State under a bilateral investment treaty.

Acting for a French bank in an ICC arbitration and related subsequent proceedings against a Saudi company and its main shareholder concerning the validity of a loan and its guarantees.

Acting for a consortium of companies in the military industry in an ICC arbitration against a State entity concerning the performance of a sales contract.
