Aurélie Martigne's practice focuses on domestic and international litigation.
Ms. Martigne advises large French and international companies as well as banks and financial institutions on civil, commercial, regulatory and criminal litigation matters. She has also ample experience in restructuring and insolvency law.
Before joining White & Case in 2008, Ms. Martigne had worked in the finance department of a major law firm in their Paris and London offices.
Assisting a prime bank in the investigations conducted by French and foreign financial markets and banking regulators and criminal authorities, some of them acting through international cooperation treaties.
Assisting a major French bank in disputes related to variable rate loans granted in a foreign currency to individuals.
Advising and representing a large French service provider group in proceedings before the commercial and civil courts, including emergency procedures, as applicant or defendant, and within the framework of a contractual expertise, in the context of a post-acquisition dispute.
Assisting a French industrial group in the restructuring of its debts of more than 380 million euros, in particular within the framework of amicable pre-insolvency proceedings (mandat ad hoc and conciliation).
Assisting and advising an investment fund further to the wrongful termination of a contract, within the framework of a mediation and of an international arbitration.
