Austin Rogers is a litigation associate who advises a wide variety of clients, including global companies, foreign sovereigns, federal defense contractors, and non-profit organizations in the resolution of complex commercial disputes and restructuring matters.
Before joining White & Case, Austin served as a law clerk to the Hon. Chief Judge Steven D. Merryday of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida (Tampa). He is a graduate of Duke University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Duke Law Journal. During law school, he also served as a Staff Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, published two articles addressing First Amendment issues, and interned with the Hon. Judge Charlene E. Honeywell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Austin maintains an active pro bono practice, and he also holds degrees in international business and theology.
