Axel Fägerhall is an associate in our Bank Finance practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2018.
Axel is a dual-qualified lawyer (Australia and Sweden) and his experience includes acting for private lenders, property developers, national franchisors, small to medium sized enterprises and ASX and foreign-listed corporations.
Prior to joining White & Case, Axel worked at a commercial law firm in Melbourne, Australia, with a focus on Property Acquisitions and Property Finance.
Represented Blomsterboda in connection with the financing of the acquisition of S-Blommor Syd from Stena Adactum. Blomsterboda, owned by Nordic private equity firm Accent, provides flowers and plants to some 550 grocery stores across Sweden through full service shop-in-shop flower concepts.
Represented Inteno Broadband, a company owned by Nordic Private Equity firm Accent, in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Genexis, the European market leader in developing and delivering fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) equipment. Inteno is a leading European hardware and software provider that enables and improves delivery of Broadband and IoT services for Internet operators and service providers.
Acted for the Bygghemma Group on an unsecured refinancing related to the listing of Bygghemma Group First AB on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Represented Adelis Equity Partners Fund II AB on the acquisition of Didriksons from Herkules Capital.
Represented FSN Capital in connection with the financing of the acquisition of IT-companies Office IT-Partner, Zetup and Dicom.
Representation FSN Capital in connection with the financing of their acquisition of the Mørenot group, a world leading supplier of equipment and services to the world’s fishery- and aquaculture industries.
Acting for the hotel investor in the review and negotiation of the transaction document suite for the $300 million expansion of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and the construction of a 331-room hotel within the expansion.
