Representation of Orascom Construction PLC on the redomiciliation of its listing from Nasdaq Dubai to Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and on the amalgamation of both companies.
Representation of Two Point Zero Group, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), in launching a voluntary tender offer to acquire a significant minority stake in Elsewedy Electric CompanyCompany, a listed company on the EGX, for around USD 450 million.
Representation of a leading Abu Dhabi holding company and ADNEC on the acquisition of a 40.5% stake in the ICON Group, a leading Egyptian hospitality company owned by TMG, for USD 880 million.
Representing SDX Energy in relation to the disposal of 18.5% of South Disouq concession to EFGL (Cypriot company) and the reverse of sale of 33% of Sea Dragon Energy (Nile) B.V.
Advised in the capital increase of Dawi Holding with a value of EGP 200,000,000 of its share capital to be subscribed into by Al Ahly Capital Holding S.A.E. and the investment by Al Ahly Capital Holding S.A.E. of EGP 44,620,000 to fund its buyout of certain minority shareholders.
