Overview

Ayesha Williams is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. She is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.

Ayesha focuses on private equity acquisitions and equity investments. She also advises on a broad range of corporate transactions (including domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions) and management teams in relation to the equity incentive arrangements.

Ayesha has previously been seconded to the Dubai office advising on regulatory matters and Middle Eastern infrastructure transactions.

Representation of EQT Partners a Swedish global investment organization and its portfolio company evidia on the bolt-on acquisition of 4ways, a leading UK and European tele-diagnostic company, from ECI Partners.

Representation of Titan Wealth Holdings, a wealth and asset management business in connection with a majority stake in Parthenon Capital, a leading US private equity firm.

Representation of Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity house focused on infrastructure investment, in connection with a one billion pound leveraged sale of Roadchef, the UK's third largest MSA operator, to Macquarie Asset Management.
