Ben is an associate in White & Case's Debt Finance practice. 

He represents banks and other financial institutions, private equity investors and corporates in respect of complex cross-border finance transactions. His experience also covers acquisition finance, leveraged finance and syndications.

Before joining White & Case, he practiced as a lawyer at full-service commercial law firm in Melbourne, Australia. Furthermore, Ben worked in the German and Australian in-house legal teams of a multinational automobile company for over one year.
