Benedikt Happ is a member of the M&A/Corporate practice group in the Frankfurt office of White & Case.
He advises companies of all legal forms on commercial and corporate law matters.
He focuses on stock corporation and corporate group law including the preparation and execution of corporate restructurings as well as corporate litigation, Public M&A transactions and capital markets law issues. He also advises management and supervisory board members in all aspects of corporate law including corporate governance and compliance.
Prior to joining White & Case as a lawyer, Benedikt Happ gained practical experience in corporate law as a trainee at the Frankfurt White & Case office.
