Betty is a litigation associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters in the areas of data privacy, intellectual property, and intermediary liability for clients in the technology and social media industries.
Betty also maintains an active pro bono practice. She is currently involved in the firm's representation of low-income debtors suing the City of Ferguson, Missouri for unconstitutional wealth-based detention and excessive fines and fees.
Prior to joining White & Case, Betty worked for a Canadian internet and technology law clinic, as well as on intellectual property policy for a multinational media company in the Asia-Pacific region.
