Brendan is an associate within the EMEA private equity team in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and focuses primarily on private equity acquisitions and equity investments. He has experience on a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, equity arrangements and general corporate matters for sponsor-owned portfolio companies.

Brendan joined the Firm in 2023 as a trainee and has spent time in the Capital Markets and Financial Restructuring and Insolvency teams in London, and the Debt Finance team in Stockholm.
