Brian Roduner
Biography
Brian is an Associate in the Firm's Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance team based in Abu Dhabi. His practice focuses on advising sponsors, corporates and financial institutions on complex project, infrastructure and leveraged acquisition financings, with experience across the core infrastructure sectors of energy, utilities and transport. He also regularly advises on core+ investments involving digital and social infrastructure, and has acted on financings in core++ areas such as advanced energy storage and industrial decarbonisation platforms.
Prior to joining White & Case, Brian was part of the private equity infrastructure and banking and finance practice of a leading US law firm in London, where he advised on cross-border financings across energy, renewables, utilities, transport, digital and social infrastructure. He began his career in the project finance team of a global law firm in Western Australia, where he advised on the financing and development of major resources and infrastructure projects.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) on a global energy infrastructure transaction which saw a consortium of investors comprising Global Infrastructure Partners, Brookfield Asset Management, GIC and OTPP invest in select ADNOC gas pipeline assets valued at US$20.7 billion.
Deterra Royalties on its A$350 million club facility, allowing Deterra Royalties to act flexibly on value accretive acquisitions.
Emirates Water and Electricity Company (EWEC) on the project financing aspects in connection with the Nouf 1 IPP, Taweelah C IPP, Madinat Zayed IPP, BESS 1 Project, Saadiyat Island RO IWP and Nouf A RO IWP (ongoing).
Kimberley Mineral Sands on the project financing for the development of the Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project in northern Western Australia.
