Biography
Bridget is an Associate in the Debt Finance practice based in the London office.
Bridget has experience advising banks and corporate borrowers on a wide range of finance transactions including acquisition financing, leverage financing and restructuring work.
Bridget joined White & Case from a large commercial law firm in New Zealand.

Acting for Infratil Limited (managed by Morrison) in respect of its financing arrangements including the financing of the acquisition of an additional A$216m shares in CDC Data Centres.*
Acting for the finance parties in respect of the financing of a NZX listed retirement village and rest home operator.*
Acting for One NZ (previously trading as Vodafone) in respect of its financing arrangements.*
Acting for the finance parties in respect of the NZ$250m revolving credit facility provided to Air New Zealand.*
Acting for both lenders and developers in respect of various property developments.*
